Conifer Fire Department was formed through the unification of Inter-Canyon and North Fork Fire Protection Districts—unifying decades of service, experience, and commitment to our mountain communities. Conifer Fire Department serves more than 300 square miles across the foothills of Jefferson and Douglas Counties. With 8 strategically located stations—some offering advanced life support—we’re able to provide rapid, reliable response to a wide range of emergencies, from structure fires to backcountry rescues.
