If you live East of the hogbacks, we can get you in contact with the appropriate paid fire department.

Once an appointment is scheduled, please bring:
– Car seat & manual
– Primary vehicle and owner manual
– If you have more than one parent/caregiver, car or car seat, feel free to bring along that other person and vehicle, or at least the Vehicle Owner manual and car seat manuals.

Please visit​​​​​​​​​​​​ https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls​ to make sure there are no outstanding recalls for your vehicle and car seat prior to the appointment.

We utilize an electronic checklist (that covers these points) that you will sign and initial on a portable device during the appointment. The information is utilized by our technicians and the program for accountability, statistics, and reference material. No personal information is sold, distributed, or shared with outside sources.
